Dr. Balettie-Winter is a native of Collinsville, Illinois and a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she obtained a BS in Cellular Biology, Chemistry. She received her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Finch University in Chicago and completed her residency at Kansas VA Medical Centers.
